I am interested in offering you a new program from Cross Roads Martial Arts.

This program is also available to group/ gatherings off site.

QUESTION:  Will defending yourself allow you to win a fight?

Martial Arts is method-based and primarily teaches self-defense.  It is great for someone who wants to get into shape, become more flexible, and have more discipline and control.  Martial Arts will improve one’s focus, and you can even compete in local, state, and national competitions and … become a champion.

At Cross Roads Martial Arts, we have a program that will teach you to become a martial artist and you will develop the skills mentioned above.  To achieve a black belt in Tae Kwon Do it takes approximately 3 years.

Self-Defense

We also have a program enabling you to use proven principles to survive a life threatening confrontation.  This program is based on simple, easy to perform moves, with the concept of Cause & Effect.  One of the first things you learn is how to shut down the attacker’s brain.  “Shut down the brain and you shut down the attack.”

SIMPLE & EFFECTIVE

An attack can take just seconds.  With training and practice, you will be taught how to control the situation and take charge of the outcome.  In a street fight, there is only one rule, “there are no rules!”  To survive … you have to know when & what to do!

“Violence is seldom an answer but when it is .. answer with authority.”  Talk to the person, run away, but if there is NO choice, you must take action to protect yourself the ones you love!  There are no second chances.  There are no “do-over's.”

You will learn simple, easy to perform techniques that will keep you alive.

It does not matter:

If you have trained in martial arts or self-defense

What your age is

What size you are

If you are in shape

How much strength you have

How strong you are

WHAT MATTERS is your desire to pay attention and learn.  You must put aside the things you may have learned or fear.  Attack your targets.  Escape alive.*

Self-Defense:

How long does it take to learn?

In four, one-hour session, you will attain the basic knowledge to handle dangerous situations.  Some may wish to continue to train.  Additional training will be offered for those who want to continue and stay practiced.  If you are interested in either of the training programs offered by my Martial Arts School, please call for further information on classes.  Classes are now forming.
